Dr. Travis Allen, MD is a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist and is a designated Senior Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) and HIMS AME for the Federal Aviation Administration. Dr. Allen is local to the West Valley and graduated from Buckeye Union High School. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Army. He earned his commission as a military officer through the rigorous Officer Candidate School program. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies through the military’s Interservice Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
Dr. Travis Allen, MD
Dr. Allen is passionate about efficient, quality medical care and has a special interest in clinic and hospital-based procedures and point-of-care ultrasound. He maintains hospitalist privileges and practices at Abrazo West Campus and City of Hope in Goodyear, Arizona. He is an avid pilot and keeps his Pilatus P3-05 aircraft at Glendale Airport. He enjoys spending time with this family and his hobbies include hiking, camping, coaching his children’s sports teams, flying, running, and fixing anything broken.
Dr. Douglas Bosin, DO
Douglas Bosin, DO, is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician, hospitalist, and medical examiner for the FMCSA. Dr. Bosin graduated medical school from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014. Following graduation, he completed a transitional year through Michigan State University in Jackson, MI.
After making the decision to defer his residency training, Dr. Bosin spent four years as an active-duty flight surgeon in the US Air Force serving in Special Operations. He completed three deployments providing flight medicine support in austere locations across Africa and the Middle East. When not deployed, he maintained force readiness in the Flight Medicine clinic at Cannon, AFB, and as a Tactical Combat Casualty Care instructor. In 2019, Dr. Bosin left active duty to pursue continued medical education.
He returned to Phoenix, AZ, and completed his Internal Medicine residency through Creighton University School of Medicine-Phoenix Program in 2022 and became board certified later that year.
Although he has lived in five different states, Douglas considers Arizona his home. He is married to his wife Anh, an native Arizonan. They have one son and two dogs that are the center of their world. When he is not providing meaningful and high-quality patient care, Dr. Bosin values his time with his family and friends over excellent food and sharing experiences
