Everything about my visit to The Pilot Clinic was perfect. Scheduling was on-line and easy, receptionists and medical assistant were friendly and informative, Dr. Allen answered all my questions, and I did not feel rushed. Even though the wait to see the Dr. was very short they have great movies playing in reception, so you almost don't want to be called back for your appointment. 🙂 A+ experience, will use this office again.

Dr. Allen is great. I've been getting FAA medical on and off for over 15 years and Dr. Allen has been the best Dr. I have used for FAA medical. The process is fast and efficient with excellent customer service.

My experience with Dr. Travis Allen at The Pilot Clinic was great. His help with my special issuance medical was above and beyond. He went out of his way, reaching out to flight surgeons office on my behalf and helping me with all the paperwork needed for my special issuance. He is also very accessible, which is something I personally haven't experienced with other doctors; he takes calls himself and personally responds to emails. I definitely recommend him. Experience was very pleasant and straight-forward. Dr. Allen is not only a knowledgeable doctor, but he is an experienced pilot. The nurses were very nice and made me feel at home too.

I urgently needed my FAA medical done while I was visiting Phoenix for a couple days. When I called the pilot clinic Gloria got me an appointment for the very next day. She was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Dr. Allen was awesome too. After a relatively quick 30 minute appointment I was on my way with a first class medical. Easy access location. Straight forward medical in a comfortable setting. No waiting and friendly, competent staff. Dr. Allen fits the bill and I’d send my friends.

Dr. Allen was fantastic. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. His office is in a great location for those of us on the west side of Phoenix. Dr Allen’s is also a HIMS specialist and is a great resource if you are in that program.

Dr. Allen was nothing short of great to work with. His office staff was very friendly and professional and took great care of me on my 1st Class Medical Certificate. I would recommend The Pilot Clinic to anyone needing to renew their certificate as well as any student pilots needing their first time certs. I will be using them again.

We followed Dr. Allen to his own practice and absolutely love the atmosphere in this office. Dr Allen has been amazing over the year in general but with his own practice even more remarkable! Love the new office, his employees Gloria and Alondra are so welcoming when you walk in. The examining rooms are really clean, organized and make you feel comfortable.
